The book explored the relationship with typography and imagery. There are 12 editions of this bound book. Pages 21-24 were designed and printed by me.
The text and imagery play with the funny idea of over-complex systems. The writing is based on text found in the physics department at Florida State University describing proper procedure for dosimetry (the measurement of the absorbed dose delivered by ionizing radiation). The topic is rather scientific. But broken down, it simply is the measurement of radiation on a person. I took this concept and wrote about how one could measure that "ooey-gooey" feeling of love using the same procedure. But on top of that, the measurement procedure uses arbitrary objects, such a tea strainer and a metal screw.
